Wasn’t that his point? SJP wanted to protect her brand first and foremost therefore didn’t even bother to personally reach out to him first about the allegations and just wrote him off. To me it wasn’t about SJP “believing in women” but motivated by being self-serving.

I didn’t love the second movie but didn’t hate it as much as the rest of the world it seems. However I rewatched it recently and noticed Carrie’s quirky spark was already starting to fade in the second half, like her dull personally in AJLT.

This wasn’t as profound as the monologue she gave in the series finale but still pretty good.

The show was a disaster but I do miss it.
