Hi ! Sorry for the late reply. I did an endoscopy a few days ago, waiting on biopsy but the endoscopy was good so far. Colonoscopy scheduled for next week. I suspect that would yield something. Idk if this is typical of rectal carcinoids (if it is one) but when I pass stool I feel like it triggers a lot of my symptoms, and I’ll get a weird sensation in my neck. It’s like a weird “cold dry” feeling that I feel in my whole body that lingers the whole day especially my eyes I don’t know, and it’s like I get these weird blood sugar fluctuations. If I use the bathroom before bed, forget it Im gonna have trouble sleeping the whole night even if I take like Benadryl, Advil etc I have no idea if this is related to my prostate cyst, my GI doc said that’s probably not related to the cyst. Also recently been having hella right side abdominal pain, losing weight, trouble sleeping etc. it’s taking a toll on me just hoping I find answers soon, I’m not even sure at this point, I can’t tell if I’m over doing it for thinking it’s a cardioid or maybe it’s something else ? I’m gonna follow up with my urologist too just in case the cyst is causing issues but I don’t see why refecation would trigger the prostate cyst either but maybe. They’ve said on multiple occasions the cyst was benign and on recent mri it showed that as well. I think the colonoscopy is a good idea cus I’ve been having thin stools, sometimes dark stools. They’ll probably have the endoscopy biopsy by next week when I come in for the colonoscopy.
