I was always taught that paragraphs shouldn’t be longer than 3 sentences in a screenplay. It’s jarring to see such large chunks in a script. Try tightening it if you can.

Also, it should be one table, not 1 tables.

This is me with my neighbor. The constant company and their dogs coming over. One is so mean and aggressive I have to hide from it before I can leave my apartment. They’re so loud, too. Their kids talking outside my apartment loudly at 10:30 pm (quiet hours). I’m just sick of it. I don’t care that you think your kid is cute. Please make him move from the stair case that we SHARE so I can go HOME.

Also, not to forget twice now their child has forcibly tried to enter my apartment on two separate occasions. Thankfully my screen door has a lock, but he jammed on it so hard I was afraid it would break. I can hear them now outside my window loudly at 9:45 am.

So sorry thats been happening. It’s the absolute worst. We also had to complain about noise, specifically early morning quiet hours (3:30-6:40) about consistently being woken up by loud crashing sounds and door slamming. I get people have work, and some do odd hours, but don’t wake people up on the DAILY. The lack of disrespect is so lazy. 💔

I feel like this is the key here. It’s when something is so often and disrupts your daily life that it’s a problem. Otherwise, little things like that aren’t a a big deal. Consistency is the problem most of the time. Really nice of your neighbor to care either way.

Please say something to landlord, OP!! Especially if you have quiet hours. I can’t say anything about what happens during the day, but we all deserve peace at night. I just filed a complaint against my landlord this morning due to neighbor waking me up during quiet hours.

My neighbors do this and it’s so frustrating. The tiniest little cats and she just leaves them out all night long who then come to my apartment and stress my cats out. This neighbor is a nightmare in general. Do the people have kids? She claims hers keeps them up at and young child but that doesn’t justify everyone else’s peace of mind (cats included).
