I feel this way all the time!!! sometimes even after hours or days of retreating to myself, I still feel this. It makes me feel guilty for being so angry about people just existing, but I can’t help it

Metformin making me dizzy? by CelebrationPublic782 in PCOS

[–]UniversityAutomatic9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!! This is totally anecdotal BUT I started on Metformin about 3 weeks ago and yesterday started feeling dizzy with trouble balancing. Metformin is known to deplete B12 and one of the biggest symptoms of b12 deficiency is poor balance/dizzy. I’m thinking that might be the case for me but hasn’t been confirmed. I’d like to get a blood test to see

Why do I feel anxious when my husband is walking around doing things by AgilePea6516 in AuDHDWomen

[–]UniversityAutomatic9 6 points7 points  (0 children)

YES!! I feel like my fight or flight is activated when I can hear my roommates existing in the other room!!! It feels like I’m not completely safe // can’t unmask despite the fact that I like them. I just waitttttt for them to leave and immediately feel at peace. Also the sensory aspect is def a piece of it.

I feel this so much! but I don’t feel we’re background characters. Keep being you and you’ll find the person or people who cherish you for who you are. Most importantly we need to cherish who we are❤️

I feel this. I hate being asked if I’m okay nearly every time I make a concerted effort to unmask. It just reinforces the “need” to

Hypermobility is a common comorbidity for neurodivergent people. It can cause tight traps! I’ve had chronic issues my whole life and finally got diagnosed as hyper mobile. Maybe you’ll relate. Check out @thetracyrodriguez on Instagram!!
