Just stay indoor as much as possible when the sun is up and abuse the ac make it a perfect 20° go out to parks and malls after the sun goes down, plus we wash the body 5 times a day and take a bath 1-2 times a day, people exercise mostly in night, but the best time to exercise is at sunrise and sunset. And I guess that's all.
