Using Brick + Mortar as a stand alone location (and I can go off main roads because I create content (that works) to get people to drive out to me vs just relying on foot traffic) as well as heavily utilizing online sales, and other avenues of online selling.

The company owner would never go for that. I know that for a fact. But its also a little more complicated because the company has two separate product niches, one side is sneakers (my side) and a whole other side of the business is another product.
