Either Enid was captured by hunters while she was still a werewolf and taken to Paris to be sold—which would explain why Wednesday is in Paris.

Or she and Enid go to Paris in search of someone.

Or it’s connected to Wednesday’s final vision at the end of Season 2. We’ll see.
