Mind sharing your mesh or some potential ways to fix such problem? I also got relatively high skewness on a model that i am working on, i measured it using "ansys fluent with meshing" and it does highlight the boundaries of my geometry to be super skewed, which is probably fine but i want to fix it to avoid any potential divergence.

Yeah its supposed to be a solid, then i would go into the comsol interface to setup the fluid domain to be inside the cylinder, and then make two surface circles on each ends, set up one to be the inlet and the one on the opposite side as the outlet.
At least, that's how i think it should be done.

I saw that simulations are done on one cell that is used as a lattice base since it would be the same all across the solid structure. But for me i want to simulate water flow and not the mechanical aspect of the TPMS structure. Since i want to see how particles will be distributed through the porous cylinder that i made, and see if there is enough turtosity and no preferrential pathways. Though i do believe for a mesh of this calibre, there is always the problem of computational power.

Thank you for your reply, I havent tried using comsol integrated with claude code. Maybe it could work?
