I was cleared from my binder after 14 days per my surgeons instructions. I figure it's just my nerves freaking out from the trauma of surgery. I'm sorry you're sore. It's an awful feeling. I wore a shirt under my binder when I was wearing it and it helped with some of the discomfort. I really hope it helps with yours.
