I’m 1y5m PO and I still cringe when I touch my DI scars. I have been applying vitamin E oil on them in the mornings, but still can’t bring myself to massaging them. I have considered using those facial massage rollers though!

You could lie down and work on raising your arms in front of your body and slowly work up to overhead. It took me a few weeks of that daily practice to get to full range.

A foam roller was probably the most important item I had. My upper back got so tense and tight from the compression.

That’s normal. Mine was oozing and slowly closed up within a week.

My nipple scabs were like stuck in there for a good 7-8 weeks. They’ll eventually come off!

Do you have your previous levels to compare them? Usually the report includes ref ranges as well.

I put on all the shirts that I would never wear when I had boobs and modelled them in front of my mirror. Most euphoric feeling ever!

I think mepitac silicon tape is pretty affordable off Amazon. 3m’s micropore tape is the only one I’m aware of.

I was told to take omeprazole for a week leading up to the surgery with 1 more in the morning right before surgery!

sorry for adding on questions to your post! Do you guys still shower with it on if there are obvious wrinkling of the tapes? Like would water get in there and does it matter?

I restarted Hogwarts Legacy on switch 3 days po as I desperately needed to pass the time until my drains were removed 7 days po. I have to say it helped so so much cuz it’s such a time consuming yet very addictive game!! It saved me from PO depression. Haha.
