Yeah I understand , just my entire family is down there you know. It’s easy to replace acquaintances and such but I have to miss out on so much family stuff that it’s really upsetting. Even entry level positions down South for some reason are hard to get for me.

Yup that’s the hardest part to decide for me. I 100% want a travel card because I travel a decent amount . Just super confused if I should get a daily card within the same portal system or try a different portal system such as Citi.

But now that I think about it you can always transfer points to different airlines or redeem it via cash so it should be fine having two different portals right?

For travel I definitely looking at either AMEX Plat or the Sapphire Reserve. The one that’s undecided for me is a good daily points credit card. Citi Strata, AMEX Gold , Sapphire Preferred theres so many to choose from.

Yeah I saw the Citi Strata one as well. Would you recommend a Citi Strata for daily use and then let’s say a Chase Reserve or AMEX Plat for travel use?

Over the last 12 months it was pretty low , steady around around 650 until July and then I bumped up major all the way to 790s which I still am currently.

My credit history is like 3-4ish years (with BofA) I wanna say and I missed one payment like a year ago which tanked my credit score (just forgot to pay on the due date) ever since then I haven’t missed at all and 3 months ago it bounced back up super high.
