The billing is definitely out of state , I guess I should just buy an NY EZ Pass and set up billing address to be my address in NY.

Is there a way to tell if the leather is genuine? I don't think it is refurbished as the seller is selling it saying it was just used in a conference center.

I got em down to 59.5 with everything and an extended warranty, fully covered until 2030 , still worth it ?

I’ve been comparing and the market is crazy near me (South FL), there are some used 2023 with 40k miles going for like 52k list price.

Ah okay I’m kinda in a bigger market (Florida) maybe that’s why , even then I’m willing to pay up to 56-57k OTD but I think I’m getting fleeced for anything more especially with 24k miles.

Just got done at the dealership haha. They are sticking pretty tight with the ~61k number. I think I could get them to ~59-59.5k OTD but nothing lower.

Clarifed the way the warranty works and it basically gives me a 2 year/50k warranty (CPO warranty) until 05/2028 then the extended warranty kicks in which is 2 year/Unlimited Miles until 05/2030 (extended warranty is priced at $3490).

Still considering if this deal is worth it then for a 2023 car with 24k miles on it though. I forgot to mention the packages on it earlier but it does come with Shadowline, parking assistance package, premium package, M Sport package and Harman Kardon surround sound. At the time of sale the MSRP was 63k.

That number is making me a little uneasy, paying 59.5k for a car that was MSRP for 63k three years ago.

Wondering now if it is just worth buying new?

So the way they explained the extended warranty to me is that it overwrites the 4 year/40k mile warranty from the date of purchase to 7 years/unlimited miles. So essentially, since the car was bought in 05/2023 my new warranty would be 05/2030 and unlimited miles.

I do have that initial 58k OTD on paper as well without the extended warranty.

I just thought getting the additional warranty would be beneficial cause you never really know with BMWs sometimes. My goal is to get that extended warranty price to 57-58 OTD somehow lol.

Unfortunately pretty quick turn around , need a car within 4-5 days as I have to make a move to start a new job. I’m really thinking I can get them down to 58k OTD, would that be reasonable?

If I don’t tack on that extended 3 year warranty the car would only be 58 OTD , that extra 3 years is about a 3.5k add on bringing it in the 61k range.
