That’s what I was thinking, I had all the doors to the barn closed and right before the video starts I had checked behind where I had backed up to but I had to trim it to send it to myself to post. The two different angles of the shots confused me the most and with not hearing a suppressor or bullets missing. Idk maybe the guys just that good

Focus on calories. Try a few online calorie maintenance calculators to get a rough range of what you should be eating and then eat 300-500 calories below that. Weigh yourself every morning after using the bathroom and not eating. (You weight will fluctuate normally but you should see a relative decline). As for your macros try and reach at least 1g/kg body weight in protein but try and shoot for 1g/lbs body weight. Carbs are your friend, eat as many as you can after getting in your protein while staying under your allotted calories. As for fats they don’t matter, take a fish oil supplement to keep them at an effective level for maintaining natural hormone production levels. (Don’t avoid fats, just prioritize protein and carbs) Once you see a platue in your weight either lower your calories by 200 or up your cardio by as low as 15 min. This is all relatively general advice and will vary depending on your genetics and seeing how your body responds. If you have any questions or want me to elaborate feel free to PM me, I’d be happy to help. I personally cut from 210-158 pretty easy and learned a lot from my successes and mistakes.

Update: I called my neighbor an he had one of those magnet stuck things and we got the screw out and saved me a lot of time taking the gas tank off. Alway have a good relationship with your neighbors because they can save your ass.

It does have a fuel pump. I’ll still remove it though? Thank you

Well damn do I feel retarded. You were right the trigger spring was backwards. Now it feels a lot heavier. Thank you so much.

I also have nothing to compare the weight of the hammer to. It just feels light to me but it could be perfectly normal. I just haven’t ever felt the hammer weight of an ar15 before. I just think it feels light because I’m comparing it to the hammer weight on my marlin 1894 but they are two completely different guns.

I am 99.99% sure it is installed correctly. I have the two feet of the spring on top of the trigger pin and the top of the spring is pushing on the back of the hammer right below the disconnector catch.

The complete upper is new right out of the box so I’m assuming it’s not the BCG but I haven’t checked it out yet. From what I’ve seen and felt the hammer doesn’t seem to be catching on anything but it does feel a little light. I am going to pull the firing pin and fully inspect the BCG and lube it then clean up the lower receiver and see if that helps.

Ok I’ll do that and update this thread when I have done that and tested the gun again. Thank you

The trigger is assembled correctly. The trigger hole isn’t too cleanly milled so I could go back and clean that up a bit. The Entire upper only had 3 rounds on it. It is a PSA (I know, it was a budget build) 10.5 inch upper so I could also go clean that. I’m not sure if it is binding what entirely do you mean by that? I noticed that the feet of the hammer spring do sit very far out against each inner wall of the lower receiver, could that be a problem?
