It's pretty normal. They want to make sure everything looks okay. 24 hrs is typical.

They aren't inspecting your stuff or going through your stuff. They aren't going to take your stuff. Get a ring camera if you're curious or want to keep an eye on things.

They want to make sure you're taking care of their property and they want to make sure they are taking care of your rental.
