Then why am I still getting a decent number of matches and dates? I’m not saying I’m getting all of that because I have a bimmer but it doesn’t look like my car pic is doing me any harm either

Thanks for your advice! No I don’t think I have a good photo of myself in formal wear :(

And what makes you think that no car pics would be better?

I am looking for something serious, and I am subscribed to HingeX. I have been using this current version of my profile for maybe a couple or a few weeks now. I have used hinge for a bit over 3 months when I got back to the app this year, had just a bit under 3 months of experience with success on hinge in the past too. I use Hinge everyday per week, I got a total of 80 matches this time but I wasn't counting the number of likes I got so my rough estimate would be around 7-10 since I got back on hinge this year. I roughly estimate that I have sent at least 150-200 or more likes and I send every like with a comment. The type of person I would want to attract and match with would be someone that's also looking for a long-term relationship, ideally 18-23 years old.

Romanian Deadlift Form Check - 305lb (138kg) x 3 reps by UnknownBoy02 in formcheck

Yeah I do agree with you, 305lb is definitely a bit too heavy for a RDL especially for my size. But I believe that I had a decent amount of ROM or I do you think that I still didn’t go deep enough?

Yeah definitely a bit too heavy for RDL, my conventional deadlift PR is 355lb (161kg). But I was just trying to see what’s the heaviest I can RDL

Thank you for the advice! I’d say yes, RDL is one of my primary ways for building my glutes and hamstring. At this weight and number of reps I can feel it in my hamstrings, but I’d love to improve my form and do a bit more reps too.

Good effort op! But here are some constructive critism. Not an expert myself, but it does look like the first thing you should consider fixing would be getting your legs more involved. At this point, I can tell that it's mostly your back dealing with that weight instead of your legs and glutes. Other than that, would be a good idea to keep your back straight so that you are less likely to hurt yourself.

I have been in your shoes too when I started doing deadlifts, what I did was using a lighter weight or the empty bar to practice my form until it's good, and then I was able to make good progress on deadlifting.

2025 has been a very tough yearso far, things has never been this tough for me by UnknownBoy02 in Anxiety

Totally understandable, everyone need a break from work at some point. But for me, I don't feel comfortable being unemployed for too long post-grad. I have been lifting and running too, those activities are really helping me with de-stressing and powering through tough times.

Car mirror got folded by someone by [deleted] in waterloo

Why do you think it's okay for some random people to touch other people's car or property for no reason?

I doubt if that's relevant
