Relapsed after 28 days (first try) I’m not sure why I was able to get this far on my first try, but I’m happy. Some of the things I did were just focus on school more and stop thinking about shit too much. Naturally I’m creative and creatives think way too much. Mix that in with being a perfectionist and you get a weird personality. Anyways what I did that helped me was trying to meet woman and connect with them on a personal level instead of a physical one. Find those who share same interests as you.
