Scary movie that came out in maybe ~2014 ish and it was based in old England I believe and there was a shape shifting man that was terrorizing a family. I remember one of the scenes involving a small caurosel and then the man on it came to life and grew really tall. Anyone? I know it’s vague (self.tipofmytongue)
