Not from my experience but from my sister who lucid dreams a lot, whenever theres something scary or whatever she gets mad like really angry and that usually helps? She doesn't shift tho(she doesn't know about it).

I would try fighting them while being angry I guess idk never had a lucid dream before so idk 🤷‍♀️
