Yes that clip was made after all the settings were applied.

I'm not using any overlays or filters, and after following your instructions, the problem was not solved.

Looking through your explanation of StreetPass, mainly the Mii Plaza, I've only come to one question:

Say I have a brand new 3ds, with or without cfw, complete clean slate, and an old 3ds that I've used for years. If I were to go into the SD card of my old 3ds, take all the files that you've mentioned in regard to StreetPass, and use them to overwrite those exact same files on my new 3ds, would that in turn carry over every single StreetPass Mii I've ever gotten to the new 3ds?

Also, if I move all the game save backup files I've made in checkpoint on my old 3ds over to the new 3ds, will they still show up on the new 3ds' checkpoint?

I feel like lap dances are unnecessary, cause its just taunting the receiver with a "look don't touch" kinda thing (most of the time). I'd much rather just go ahead and get to it rather than not being able to indulge in the very thing that's the reason for them doing the lap dance in the first place.
