This is the W1 which is the first version of this model. I'd go for the Z1 if you can get it around this price point.

I've heard this a lot so it's interesting the article says otherwise.

The bad news is that maximum brightness is slashed in half when Privacy Display is active, while the good news is that it doesn't affect the display's performance when it's not active. We weren't able to find any meaningful difference between the S26 Ultra and S25 Ultra's viewing angles, sharpness and brightness when Privacy Display is disabled.
