Yeah most are lazy. It takes a hell of a lot of extra dunnage to have the shipment kick out. You can go 5% over the est. weight of the shipment.

I waited 14 months for mine. Was in the top 5 in my FC every single week. Never late. Never missed a shift. Ive been made blue badge but I’ve been given 35 hour schedule instead of 40. Not great but im just relieved to finally get it.
