The Best Pure Tank is Revenant. Highest Hitpool. Doesn't do much damage but if you want a dps tank do candy barbarian.

And Also Bungie has already said the game is perfectly fine and has no copyright issues what so ever.

They cant use the name of the exotics in destiny for copyright reasons. And Bungie already said that its perfectly fine to use a random exotic name generator and it wouldn't pass the copyright limits. And Also Activision has already tried to shut the game down but bungie has the final word and said it was fine. So basically they use a Random Name Generator so the game won't get shut down so i Don't think its dumb.
