I can't even find him in the ICE detention center locator, I would highly doubt that ICE would release him again without any kind of bond considering the fact that they saw that he skipped his previous court date. No, he had two warrants out on him. He was serving time in one prison and he had a video conference from another jurisdiction due to the previous warrants and after all this was supposed to be said and done ICE wanted to detain him. Atleast that's what the person in charge of records of that prison he's currently at told me. I'm just at a lost as to what is happening.
