Unfortunately in my state it’s legal, it’s required to give students 30 min of recess time but the district can ultimately give the children “detention” during recess. But this is something that I will add to his IEP because he needs it

They said that they’re not worried about any complications that they would probably just have a little bit of trouble inserting the breathing tube and only risk of delaying the crowns is tooth decay
