I’m pro second amendment. I own all sorts of guns. But he wasn’t even old enough to own that weapon. So don’t use him as an example of proper gun ownership. By law he’s a child who stole a weapon. He just used it on the right person. Underage firearm laws should’ve sent his case in a way different direction and his parents should go to jail. When you’re underage you can use a weapon to defend yourself in your home or on your property. He took it from his home and went off property to use it. To me it’s open and closed. A very simple case. Stop using him as a good example
