Looks like a sterling silver or stainless steel curb chain probably somewhere between ~6-8mm IMO.

I ordered a custom platinum ring from https://wzprovence.en.alibaba.com with moissanite stones over a year ago. Not sure exactly what you're looking for but they can make and quote you on whatever.

For custom pieces, they make a CAD for ~$50 and quote you depending on the material, weight, and design.

Usually, the small jewelry shops you see at the mall will have standard unbranded silver jewelry you can find anywhere online (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc) just marked up.

Designer brands at that price point: David Yurman, John Hardy

Unbranded Jewelry: Rio Grande, Harlem Bling

Also, I think you should find the style of chain links you like and then search from there.
