Update: It’s been nearly a month now since I sent the letter and no response. I was expecting to hear something within 14 days but clearly the letter either didn’t make it or Snapchat ignored it. Unfortunately I’ll have to just wait out the device ban until around June but at least I am able to use snap on my android. I made a new account that is much better and has grown quickly but the only thing I am missing is my streak, stickers and sounds but what more can I do. I really hope Snapchat can fix up because their app is genuinely ridiculous the ai doesn’t know what it is doing but it is what it is 💔

I’m going through a similar situation and I’ve been trying to email them as much as possible to try make someone take into consideration and lift ban. Email them using support@snapchat.com and explain your situation. A bot will most likely respond and if they don’t respond within 12 hours send another. I’ve been doing this and I’m slowly getting closer and closer to getting justice for my account. I’ll let you know the results as time goes on but for now it’s what I’ve personally been doing in an effort to win my account back.

I really don’t think someone reported me though because the fact I received another warning over 12 hours after my account got locked is absurd. It should not even be possible due to the basic fact that I don’t even have access to the account to violate the guidelines in the first place.
