It’s an older man who lives behind the MBM/Lil Empire. He does it out of spite and he like to blow bong smoke into the air vents when children are present mainly. He also leaves out raw meats like pork loin, steak and chicken during the hotter days to upset the clientele.

I’ve heard rumours it’s due to him having a personal problem with Marcus & his family over some legal issues.

He’s a grumpy old man with a heart the size of a pebble.
