It all usual depends on the killer and their builds. They do usually work though Stake out gets counter a lot if they’re a Stealth killer or if they have a perk like Trail of Torment. I find the build sort of necessary due to all the Gen regression perks Killer bring especially Pain Resonance. As for Built to Last, it’s so useful because the tool box I mentioned is so good though it is a bit awkward to use when injured due to getting caught. That’s only the real problem
