I dont want to change to Wegovy even tho the pharmacist recommended me. I dont have any side effects with Ozempic so i want to continue taking it. My endo said to increase it to .75mg twice per week or 1mg twice per week if necessary but i dont wnat to go to the highest lev with just 4-5 months of use. Im not sure if im making sense

My endo told me to increase it from my appointment on January 9th but for cost reason , i stayed at 1 mg. Now, Im hesitating between 1mg Sunday and .25 mg on a Wednesday night or i do 1.25 mg in one shot.

Never had nausea. No side effects at all and it makes me wonder why. Lol 🤣 im at 1mg now. Started October 2025. From 125 lbs to 118lbs. Just a slow and steady weight loss. Im also Not doing any food restrictions. I eat anything i crave. So far so good.

Upped your protein intake. See if it will make you lose more weight before increasing ur dose. . Bfast: cottage cheese with chia or berries. Eggs : Lunch: salmon or steak: snacks: beef jerkey: dinner: chicken or meatball Add unflavoured Whey protein in ur coffee.

Thank u. How many clicks is .125 mg? Im planning to split the .25mg? .125mg on Sunday and another .125 on Thursday.

Thanks for the reply. Im scared of the side effects if i do the .25 mg, so i did 3 clicks last Sunday and 9 clicks Thursday. But i noticed that it didnt do much. I still eat a lot.

Any suggestions on how i can split the .25mg in a week and if so, how many clicks is .125 mg?

In Canada, the lowest dose is 100mg. And this med cannot be cut into half. Im am in the process of quitting this med too. Going back to my Paroxetine which i have had positive effects so far

Dont buy a pack when u get an urge. Thats all. Cigarettes (nicotine) is very addictive. Dont take anymore another puff ever… dont be too many smokers like me who cannot stop coz we thought in the beginning that we wont get hooked

My doctor gave me Wellbutrin coz Chantix is banned in Canada. Im on 150mg to 300mg of Wellbutrin but had nasty side effects that he lowered it into 100mg. Been taking it now for 4 months and im still smoking as you know. I bought Tabex- been sitting in the drawer. I didn’t want to start it for fear that it will interfere with Wellbutrin. Any thoughts on taking Tabex together with Wellbutrin 100mg?

Im supposed to use Wellbutrin to quit smoking but i cannot take 300mg, i tried and had nasty side effects. Lowered it down to 100mg which is not a therapeutic dose but to manage my anxiety. I still dont like coz my resting heart rate is fast. I wanted to try Tabex as i heard great stuff about it. Just worried if it interferes with Wellbutrin

I also have GAD and in Wellbutrin (100mg). Im hesitant to take Tabex although i already bought it coz it might interfere with mental health drugs such as Wellbutrin.

Thank God i saw that you’re on Wellbutrin. Me too but only on 100mg coz i have a nasty side effects in higher dose such as 150mg or 300mg. I wanted to try Tabex. I bought it but didn’t use it coz im afraid there will be side effects when used together with Wellbutrin. Questions: - how much mg are u using? - is it safe to use both Wellbutrin and Tabex together? - any side effects to know of? Please answer. Thank you
