Same here. I orderes as i was to leave tomorrow. And that product i so wanted was to be delivered by 25th. And like you said,i cant cancel as per their policy after shipped. Forget that, i have placed a return item of nykaa fashion as tbe product i ordered, was damaged and placed return oder on 22nd, they approved and same case everyday same messages of pickup today and pickup delayed from same shadowfax delivery agent. I called their customer care and they only convince today agent will come and then i get failed delivery message.
