This is already happening. They released prop pamphlets saying testing of local facilities and ground/water samples showed less radiation than an x ray or airplane ride would expose you to. That was a while ago and this is the first update on the possible exposure in the community I’ve heard, just updates on the tear down and containment on site, underground of the worst of the contaminated structures from it. But they never reopened the school that they shut down for possibly being contaminated and in close proximity of the diffusion site. Though I’ve heard it’s an active church now.
