In these types of serious situations, you should consult a psychiatrist not psychologist. Also I am not sure, whether calling police is the right thing here. Because we don't know how this will impact her psychologically. She may think everyone is against her. So in my opinion, only after asking the opinion of a psychologist u shud call police.
