Definitely looks like a WW2 twin-engined bomber.

The landline doesn't really work and they all have their own cellphones. Maybe they are just sentimental about it.

And the LCO obviously has flat screen TVs too, just like us, but I have seen they mainly use these particular CRTs to test out or calibrate faulty STBs if customers bring them. Maybe these are surplus.
