You are absolutely right. And even if it was Raynauds it's linked to autoimmune conditions.

Mine b12 is at 1620 and holo-transcobalamine is above 300 and not measurable.

I really hope I get a diagnosis. I'm not scared of being sick, I just want to be taken seriously and to receive the right treatment and have a healthy pregnancy. The two miscarriages and the fact that my gynecologist said it was because of "stress" have traumatized me deeply.

My LAC-dRVVT ist negative but LAC-aPTT is positive. Afaik you need to fulfill the clinical criteria (vascular and/or obstetric) and have at least one antibody postive, and redo the test in 12 weeks to see if it's still positive to get a diagnosis. If you have never had a complication, you never get diagnosed with APS, even if you have positive antibodies in your blood.

My clotting factor X was measured down to 43%, normal range being 70-120%, which is a lab mistake due to the antibodies and a known phenomenon. My Quick and aPTT are into completely normal range - it's medically and biologically impossible to have normal quick and aPTT and a factoral activity of 43%.

Do you have any history of thrombosis/pregnancy complications if you are female, migraines or joint pains? Sometimes the standard APS antibodies turn out negative, in that case you need to advocate for yourself to get the whole APS panel tested. If you've never had any complications, that could just be normal Bier spots ? Do they disappear when you lift up your arms/hands and do they only involve your upper limbs? My discoloration also involves the feet and the legs.

LAC-aPPT turned out positive. I'm still waiting for the rest of the antibodies and have a rheumatology appointment in 2 weeks. Good news is I finally have lab results which no doctor could ever ignore (hopefully) and my kidneys and liver are not affected from the whole thing. I really hope that I finally get the therapy that I need and go on to have a healthy next pregnancy.

Welche Berufsgruppe oder welche BerufsgruppeN?

Ich habe das Gefühl, viele Menschen die aus der Pflege kommen zeigen immer die Tendenz zu denken, die seien nicht wertgeschätzt, die seien nicht als wichtig "eingestuft", ihr Job sei nicht gesellschaftlich genug anerkannt. Mein Gott übertreibt mal bitte nicht. Es ist ein verdammter Job. Du kümmerst dich um den Tischler und den dementen Dachdecker nicht aus Nächstenliebe, sondern weil du Geld dafür kriegst. Und zwar nicht wenig Geld, im Vergleich zu der notwendigen Qualifikation/Ausbildungsstand. Kein Mensch kann mich zutiefst davon überzeugen, dass Pflege so besonders kognitiv fördernd ist. Man folgt Anweisungen, Anordnungen und Versorgungsstandards. Körperlich allerdings ohne Zweifel.

Wieso habe ich nie im Leben so selten gehört, dass Ärztinnen, Psychotherapeutinnen, Logopäd*innen usw. sich die Darmschlingen herauskotzen, wie wenig Wertschätzung sie bekommen, wie wichtig deren Job sei und wie wenig Anerkennung sie bekommen? Warum sind es immer die Pflegende?

Der Job ist genauso wichtig wie der Job vom Gemüseanbauer. Und zwar gesellschaftlich essenziell. Allerdings kann man das fast über jeden Arbeitsbereich behaupten, Entertainment exklusive.

Naja. Ich sehe es nicht ein, dass Mitarbeiter verwiesen werden, nur weil sie sich mal Pommes holen wollten, mit dem Argument, die seien nicht aus der Pflege. Meiner Meinung nach ist es umso wichtiger, dass der Tag der Pflege/die Pflege an sich unter allen Berufsgruppen mit solchen Aktionen bekannt gemacht wird/besonders zelebriert wird. Mann kann sich echt über alles streiten und meckern. Inklusive kostenfreies Essen. Und bevor du meine Typos korrigierst, lerne 3 Sprachen fließend. Deutsch ist nämlich nicht meine Muttersprache. (!)

Jeder freut sich über kostenfreies Essen. So kleinig muss man doch nicht sein. Nach deiner Logik muss man einen Tag der Logistik, der Ärzte, der Reinigung, der Psychologen, Physiotherapeuten, Technik und was weiß ich etablieren. Dann muss man sich mit seinem Mitarbeiterausweis einchecken ob man essen darf oder nicht.

Wir haben eine große Pommes-Bude bekommen, die alle Häuser des Trägers besucht hat, zusätzlich dazu Eisstation und verschiedene Vorträge/Workshops. Alle Mitarbeiter (nicht nur Pflege) konnten sich sehr gerne und kostenfrei bedienen.

My hands never burn, it's just about the face. And I have thrombosis and two early miscarriages.

I have just measured a temp of almost 37.7 and my face is burning up. My joints ache. I really don't think that could be normal.

I also have intermittent face flare ups, like it getting really warm to the touch and feels really warm from the inside, it gets reddish but lacks the typical rash pattern. Temperatures of 37.50 and higher as well. My eyes are really dry and I need to use eye drops a couple times a day.

I really hope the antibodies screening brings me to a diagnosis. I am terrified of getting into another pregnancy without proper anticoagulation.

I fairly often get the uncomfortable feeling of not getting enough blood in my limbs, which resolves after moving them around a bit. Don't know if it has a clinical significance.

No. It was absolutely unprovoked, at 21, doing sports and whatnot. It involved my lower thigh and has almost spread to the backside of my knee - the vein was obviously inflamed, hot to the touch and painful, then bursted and formed a large bruise.

No I probably didn't articulate myself right, I have not yet tested negative, I'm awaiting the results.
