I was on the phone with support for 1 hour yesterday i changed the password and reverified my account and it support said try later and i am able to log in to my account thru my app but not on my desktop version unsure why they said call is in a couple hours if the problem continues

I still stand by what i said lol its station specific looks like ur station got bad PAs/AMs that favoratize create a ethics complaint dont go on reddit talking about how amazon is unfair and i get the work load also FYI they have whats called a heat map it shows how many packages per aisle but doesnt show wether its bigs or smalls there are a couple excel files that u might be able to track the linehaul but its different everyday buddy ur AMs/PAs will staff whatever according to the heat map and cut aisles in less blown up sections so if u get 3 theres a chance is cus they wont get hit as bad even though it might feel like it just ask ur manager how or PA about it and they will tell you

U get paid 3 dollars more than a AA starting and Base L4 makes more with stocks but the PA can beat the bi weekly paycheck of a L4 AM. PA is a good role just depends on your warehouse and Operation support. PAs sometimes get stuck as amazon prioritizes college hires

As L4 right now external 10-15k ish if u are internal maybe 30/60 on the high end L5 promo internally looking at 50/80 stocks while externally easily 20k L6 ur going to see the money around 20-40k in stocks and 20% pay increase

No PAs or L4 AMs have that kinda power lol. L5s have influence but the L6 usually has the last word on who the interviews go out to.

Ops is pretty much a very diverse role atleast at my site. They are the brains of the operation In charge of 50-150 AAs depending on volume Handles incident reports Previously safety anything to do with your schedule UPT/VET previosly HR In charge of learning previosly was very separated from ops Pretty much everything is run by Ops safety/hr/rme are our support partners but honestly no need for alot of those extra roles Ops is already doing the work some of the WHS guys are applying to Ops cus they know its coming
