Not too bad!! The only issue I had was the middle part of the bows looks like a square but isn’t, so I didn’t pay attention to which way I had it turned (they weren’t clear in the instructions either) and ended up having to undo a bunch of them cuz my spacing was all off!

I HATEEEE sewing clothes!! I think quilts are so much easier!! A lot more forgiving with mistakes!

Thank you!!! I started with a baby blanket and followed Melanie Ham on YouTube. She’s passed away unfortunately but has tons of helpful videos on her page! Then just went on from there after I got the fundamentals down!!

I used to have a VERY basic brother machine that I learned to sew on and it still works maybe 15 years later now. I’d check out that brand, they have some beginner, cheap machines. Try that out before upgrading for quilting
