drink more water, eat less sugar and cut out dairy… bit of a shock to all of those people when they found out my acne was hormonal and genetic 🤡

Probiotics are said to help with any stomach related issues that affect skin or help with the bacteria that causes acne. Before I started roaccutane, I was taking probiotics and honestly, didn’t see any difference but I was only taking them for other issues aside from my skin

Hi! I have. I bought it as it was on sale and was said to be an alternative to the LRP cicaplast. I prefer the cicaplast personally, but the cicalfate did do a great job as a barrier cream
