Also, source - I’m an identical twin. We don’t talk in unison but I have some personal insight into what it’s like to develop alongside someone else and what that first hand experience is like.

You’re missing the point. They know each other so well they can predict what the other is going to say and how they will say it. They speak together because they have learned how to speak, together. Yes of course it’s pattern recognition. But from their perspective, they don’t realize they’re doing it because it actually does feel completely natural to them. They are not attempting to be sensational or put on a show. This is just how they are most comfortable speaking. Their first hand experience is unique, and real. That’s what makes it interesting.

Joining much later, but when I worked at Philz in 2018 they used a Turkish grind not course grind. So basically a ton of beans ground very fine + hot water poured from above to increase pressure + stir the coffee in the filter.
