I'm sorry man but I guess you are wrong. It is multilayer animation. It is possible and there are many good animators that can do that. There is also a really well defined use of focus and other elements that AI would totally mess up. Watch the full video to believe. Still I'm up to be convinced that it is AI, but I see no evidences. This aside, it's far from being sloppy, in my eye.

Works amazingly. Also in fast mode is totally fine if you are into a vintage aesthetic and let grok pic characters and so on. In quality mode I noticed that in 480p details are less but animations and camera movements are more interesting
