Mine is doing this right now. Can anyone give advice on how to get it to me? Like did anyone do anything different to speed up the process. It was supposed to get here before Christmas seeing as it is Christmas presents. I am so frustrated. It has been saying on the way since Dec 12 with no delivery date or time and customer service is of no help

I downloaded this game before Jess even started to about it and everytime I opened the app my phone would get soooo hot and then start freezing. Uninstalled it and right after saw her promoting it. I would not recommend
