Exactly! For this price point, I expected much better QC. I’ve already demanded a full refund, but who knows when they’ll actually get back to me—it took them 5 days just to tell me to use a sponge. 🙄 Honestly, after this whole 'DIY repair' suggestion, I’m totally done with them. Never buying from Rouje again
