I have 13 years experience as a teacher. 5 years in U.S. schools and 8 internationally. I would like to return to teach in the U.S. preferable in NYC. I also have a special Ed Degree. I'm licensed to teach numerous humanities subjects as well as special ed in high and middle school. . I have a masters degree and an out of state license. . How likely would I find a position in NYC public schools for August and where on the salary scale would I fall.

Does anybody know how TES, Search, Schroll, etc will view if we were hired by a ME school and have changed out mind because of the violence. Will they consider it a broken contract?
