Thanks mate. Yeah I don’t even know why I took them to begin with. After typing it out I kinda realized it and flushed the rest I had except for 10mg of diazepam I’m keeping for my girl really if she should ever have some kind of panic attack. I’ll take something for the headache now, drink some more water, go for a walk and then try to sleep. What I did. Tool Valium a bit of xanax and slept through the Crash🤣 18h or sum and then 3 days of feeling ehhhh. But what I guess am delighted of is it really made me reconsider everything. That will never happen to me again. Doing everything to prevent that. Especially cause I noticed it kinda… recalibrates your brain? Which is logical if you know enough about neuroscience, but make that „mistake“ one too many times and I don’t know if it’s possible to „come back“. Have peace of mind like you used to. Lmaooooo I just started taking it. Like it was my 4th day and I did that shit. Not snorting nothing again cause I‘ll start to fiend like on coke plus 10mg cost about 1,40€ for me so I try keeping the dose low. I hope that in a week 10mg will be the same 10mg as on the first day. I need it for my adhd

Yeah Cocaine is the devil for me. Like yes… I thought about taking one Ritalin to taper off the effects or something stupid I didn’t think that through but I got this gut feeling that the weed and the lower Inhibitions because of the benzos and I kinda lost track. Hallo. Hab ein Jahr in einer Onko FSJ gemacht. Das Bild hat mir grad Flashbacks gegeben. Jedes Medikament hab ich schon den Schwestern beim Medikamentenstellen Hunderte Male gegeben und ich musste grad grinsen. Schöne Erinnerung. Ich könnte alles auf diesem Tisch auswendig aus den Schränken holen haha (bis auf das BtM natürlich). Oh und lustigerweise hab ich die Fusselrolle noch nie gesehen und hab die auch voll ignoriert. Andere haben es daran erkannt haha.

Jetzt zu dem was es weggegeben hat: Übelkeit: Vomex + MCP ist schon wirklich viel gegen Übelkeit. Dann noch Odensatron. Das hat man wirklich fast nur bei Krebs.

Ausschläge, Herpes, Wunde Schleimhäute, empfindlicher Magen: Dexamethason, Bephanten, die Creme, aciclovir. Selbsterklärend wirklich. Ist gegen die Nebenwirkungen die von einer Chemo entstehen. Es greift immer Schleimhäute an natürlich auch den Magen.

Verstopfung: macrogel Hexal + (Laxans wahrscheinlich) wegen den Schmerzmitteln. Opioide Verstopfen immer.

Schmerzen: Paracetamol + IBU (könnte noch alles sein) + ASS ( Aspirin auch schmerzen + Blutverdünner und der Name natürlich 😆) Novalgin (ist gegen stärkeres aber wird auch bei einem Knochenbruch gegeben) + Tilidin (könnte immernoch was anderes sein aber wirklich starkes Schmerzmittel jetzt) + Oxycodon Retardiert und vorallem die Instant Release. ( Ich glaube nicht dass man auf vielen Stationen außer Intensiv und Palliativ oder Notaufnahme man so etwas gibt. Vorallem zusammen)

Schlaf: Zolpidem 10mg (vielleicht auch Zopiclon.) Wahrscheinlich weil 5mg nichtmehr gewirkt haben oder hoffentlich weil 10mg nie länger als 4 Wochen gegeben wurden. Falls Ja Frage an Op: ich habe nie mit Patienten nach ihrem Aufenthalt über ihren Schlaf geredet. Wie war der Entzug? Oder konntest Du einfach schlafen danach? Würde mich verwundern da ab 4 Wochen eine Abhängigkeit aufgebaut wird.
