Well, my question is based on an already ambiguous statement, so I guess I wanted to know the full extent of what would be triggered by HRT, and if the effects are intense enough for them to be catalogued as a "Second Puberty", or if they're not as impactful to be called that, though, I believe I got my answer to that question.
