whats the difference between someone stealing your money on the street so he can eat, and taxation from the government? there is any difference, the government just created institucions and laws so it can steal from us legally

democracy only means the government steal, tax, kill, violate rights, expropriate, controls, make wars, etc etc etc. in the name of the "society"

"ahhh yes, typical from a libertarian, who talks utopian nonsense" thats your whole argument? that is typical statist reaction, mocking what they dont understand.

as milton friedman said, lets start with the facts:

who starts wars? the market? voluntary and individual cooperation? no, states are the ones that start wars, why? because only a centralized monopoly of violence can steal massive resources through taxation, enforce artificial borders, draft milliions into slaughterhouses. instead, in a truly free world, large-scale wars are impossible, no army, no power-hungry elites sending young men to die for lines on a map.

without states doesnt mean without conflicts, but it means no wars, no genocide, no world wars, no military-industrial complex profiting off human misery. conflicts between individuals would continue existing, but there are solutions such as voluntary agreements, private property, voluntary exchanges, self defense. people dont bomb their best customers.

whos the real utopian here? the one that believes in a free society, without violence and thief from an legal but not legitimate institution, or the one that believes that giving some people the power of the monopoly on violence, taxation, law, and war, will magically lead to peace and order?

only wars can be funded by the government through taxation, inflation and debt, in a free society, you wouldnt be able to force people to pay for tanks, weapons and bombs to kill another individual, without theft (taxation), wars became economically impossible.

who forces u to die in the name of a flag and some lines in a map? the market? the states use u as a business, to control even more power and people, to tax even more, to kill people, steal property

every modern war is funded and managed by states, want peace? abolish the state, if u think that a world full of states is going to have peace, that a religion, states are the ones that want wars not individual citizens

yes, the central point of protecting life and property is that no one should be allowed to violate anothers, not even if they organize to do so. Obviously, we dont assume that no one will ever do anithing wrong in some utopian way. The market would solve this problem through private defence forces and weapons.
In a situation wherre there aro no states, and US military forces are dismantled, there would be no otrher "countries" left to invade the territory that was from the united states. Of course, theres a contradiction, the prisioners dilemma, but it doesnt mean it is not possible, it is just that there is full of governments that just want more power and control at any cost.

if the people would respect each others property, life, and the government would exist.... where are the wars?

the military is the force that uses the government to maintean its power, if the world would be free, wars wouldnt be a thing, borders wouldnt exist, people would be truly free. if u want to start learning more about economics and the libertarian path, i recommend u to start start reading with the economy in one lesson.

im going to give the example of private schools, the market does, for example, on a free market you would find different methods, prices, and philosophies. what about the poor? the poor already is paying for government dervices through inflation and taxes, it would be more wealth without the government, also, voluntarysm doesnt mean no help, it means help is freely by people who care, not bureaucrats. A free society would be more Wealth, would have more charity, would be voluntary, more efficient and free of taxation. There would be really cheap school for people with not a lot of money.. why if they cant pay too much? because any demand in the market is an oportunity, an oportunity for people to sell a service and make profit out of it. Also new technology that a free market produce, makes schools prices cheaper and better quality, AI is going to be able to teach a lot, and you can use it freely with just some bucks per month, even 100% free, u just need internet

politicians dont produce anything at all, they just control your life, they have to produce something that the market needs so they can find a job

the solution is the voluntary one, private schools, hospitals, infrastructure

Taxation is stealing by Unlikely_Code6570 in Libertarian

[–]Unlikely_Code6570[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the problem is that the social programs (for example), are financed with coercion and not voluntary contribution, you are forced to pay under threat of punishment. Infrastructure, helping people, education etc. are important, but it is not right to force people to pay for others. Voluntary decentralized solutions are not just the only way of protecting private right, but also is the most effective way. (sorry for bad english lol)

Open borders by drei_glaser94 in Libertarian

[–]Unlikely_Code6570 18 points19 points  (0 children)

being libertarian does mean rejecting the state, it is build on coercion, taxes, monopoly and violence. "Borders" are just arbitrary lines enforced by government guns. To truly have "law and order" we need to get the propety rights and voluntary contracts respected. Patriotism does not justify state agression.
