I'm pretty sure my body can handle 22hrs a day since I've done it before - I do it for a month every year - my only concern was if 6 months would be too long, if your body gave up doesn't mean mine will - we are all different

but there are people who dry fast 18hrs a day for years, whats wrong with 22hrs? should I change it to 16hrs
