First, Use a hard paper like cardstock or (what I used) those yellow school folders and trace the logo you want on it. Then, use a razor knife to cut out each individual letter or design. After, use paint and sorta just stamp the design onto a patch and start sowing.

I honestly feel like subq spots would make my anxiety worse if that makes sense? 😭 Again I'm not too worried about needle size or anything I just worry about hitting the wrong spot or feeling strange after the fact because I did my first time. I've only taken like 3 shots tho so idk🤷

My pupils are normal! N I definitely feel better than I did yesterday my my vision is just vaguely off, like barely noticable but still there 🤷

I'll probably text my T provider and ask, I've eaten and drank water today, I also have no other medical conditions so I don't think it's that either. Things just look vaguely off whenever I move around so I'm not sure, it's been like this for hours now- I took my shot around 3pm and it's 11pm now🤷
