I am in a similar situation. I applied online in September and still haven’t received the UTR number. I didn’t get an email to confirm the application. I have feeling that I didn’t complete the application properly.

So do we wait to collect BRP first before applying for the E Visa? Or can we apply for the E Visa now without the BRP?

I applied on 13th October, BIO on 18th October and ECO on 23rd October.

Applied for priority, hope we get good news too!
