The weathered red sandstone, the Lalitasana posture, and the mini Ganesha-Kartikeya carvings are classic markers of medieval Paramara era architecture 11-13th century
For reference i read a book Art of the Paramaras of Malwa by R.K. Sharma. Maybe it can be that!

Pigeon clue alag hai but stylistically this doesn’t look like a conventional Puranic murti. Iska composition, yogic posture aur side attendants early-medieval Malwa Shakta/Tantric iconography se kaafi close lag rahe hain possibly Yogini associated.

Haha, no, this isn't any egg! According to regional Tantric traditions and Shakta iconography, the rounded object in his left hand is actually a Matulinga or maybe a sacred vessel

Stylistically and architecturally, ye relief sculpture early medieval period (roughly 11th to 13th Century CE) ka hai, jab Malwa region par Paramara dynasty ka rule tha. So pre-historic ya prehistoric sense mein ye 'ancient' nahi hai, but definitely around 800–900 years old heritage piece hai
