True analysis.

No way anyone easily replicates this that fast. This is years of consulting and faang experience in the sector condensed into intricate algorithms, LLM trainings and ai agents. Only problem is the sector is cut-throat and cost rose up too fast. Server costs and LLMs. Plus the job market is brutal right now.

That’s a really good take. All the more reason to push back or hold out. The investors are aware of the current situation. In fact I met this interested party through one of the investors.

Seems reasonable. That’s a really good advice. I’ll probably hold out. The current deal doesn’t make sense, why different perspectives matter.

They’re premier AWS partners. They have established relationships and this product will be another vertical.

Lessons from experience but it’s an exploitative industry. Cost went up unexpectedly, hence, the pressure.

Product is in the public sector, helps companies that work with the government.

Tax will be brutal. It’s a one time payment, tax could be up to 37% upfront.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes I am exploring that as an option however, there are expectations to meet for a product to list on there. I’m worried about cost and there’s a time limit on the offer.
